Refund Policy

At Fely Délice, every menu, cake, and event is crafted with great care and tailored to your specific needs. As a result, our services involve advance planning, ingredient sourcing, and preparation time. Please review the following policy carefully before booking.

Private Chef Services & Dining Experiences

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required at the time of booking to secure your date and begin menu planning.

  • Cancellations:

    • More than 14 days prior: We offer a partial refund (excluding the deposit) or a credit towards a future service.

    • Less than 14 days prior: No refunds are provided, as ingredients, time, and preparation have already been committed.

  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Celebration Cakes & Custom Desserts – Refund Policy

At Fely Délice, all cakes and desserts are handmade to order, with every detail tailored to your celebration. To ensure the highest quality, we require advance planning, sourcing of ingredients, and dedicated time for preparation and decoration.

Order Requirements

  • Lead Time: All cake orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of confirmation to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before delivery/collection date: Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit towards a future order.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund available, as preparation and ingredient purchases will have commenced.

  • Non-collection: No refund is available for orders not collected on the agreed date unless prior arrangements have been made.

Amendments

  • We will do our best to accommodate small design changes if requested at least 7 days in advance, but this is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes.
