Fely Délice is led by Chef Fely — born in Italy to Nigerian heritage and professionally trained in Italian culinary arts, with specialisations in both Italian and French cuisine. Her journey spans from traditional culinary schools in Italy to Michelin-starred kitchens in London, where she honed her expertise in both savoury and pastry disciplines.
